S J Chihambakwe

Non-Executive Director & Chairman

Simplisius is a lawyer and senior partner in the law firm of Chihambakwe, Mutizwa & Partners (Harare) as well as in the law firm Chihambakwe, Makonese & Ncube (Masvingo). He holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of London. He specializes in acquisitions and mergers, corporate and commercial laws, mining and mineral laws, conveyancing, property law and insurance laws. He is a councillor of the Law Society of Zimbabwe and a member of the African Bar Association, Commonwealth Lawyers Association, and the International Bar Association.

G Muradzikwa

Non-Executive Director & Vice Chairperson

Grace is the Chief Executive Officer of NicozDiamond Insurance Limited. She holds a Bachelor of Administration degree as well as a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Zimbabwe. She also serves on a number of other Boards.

S P Kuipa

Executive Director & Group Chief Executive Officer

Stephen is the Group Chief Executive Officer of CFI Holdings Ltd having joined the Group in December 2003. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Sociology) Degree from the University of Zimbabwe. He has extensive experience gained in various positions in a number of entities listed on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange.

Executive Director & Group Financial Director

Acquiline is the Group Financial Director for the Company. Acquiline joined the group in February 2002 as Group Financial Controller and was promoted to Company Secretary and Group Treasurer in July 2003. Prior to her appointment as the Group Finance Director of CFI Holdings Limited in July 2004, Acquiline was the Chief Finance Officer of the Group. She holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science (BCompt) Degree from the University of South Africa and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe. She served articles with Deloitte & Touché Chartered Accountants (Zimbabwe).

G G Nhemachena

Non-Executive Director

Godfrey is the former Town Clerk of the City of Gweru and has 26 years experience in Local Government administration. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Sociology) from the University of Zimbabwe and a Diploma in Management of Urban Development from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom. He serves on a number of Boards that include FBC Holdings and General Beltings.

F Lutz

Non-Executive Director

Friedbert has extensive experience as an independent consultant taking on missions as a trouble-shooter, mentor and project director. He has held Chief Executive positions in a number of companies. His professional training included flour milling technology, industrial design and business management. He is the chairman of PG Industries Zimbabwe Ltd as well as director of a number of companies in Zimbabwe, South Africa, Britain, USA and Ireland.

T Nyika

Timothy is the Chief Finance Officer for ZimRe Holdings Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of Zimbabwe and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe. He served articles with Deloitte & Touche’ Chartered Accountants. He serves on a number of boards.

P S Bwerinofa

Non-Executive Director

Patricia is a farmer in the Midlands area. She is the current Midlands province Zimbabwe Commercial Farmers’ Union Chairperson and the National Vice President for the same association. She held a number of senior positions in the Ministry of Local Government, Rural and Urban Development from 1980 to 1988. Prior to this, she had been in the teaching profession. She holds a Bachelor of Art degree (History) from Mount Holyoke College in the USA and a Masters of Arts Degree (Education) from the University of Massachusetts, USA. She also holds a diploma in Management Studies from Harare Polytechnic and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries (CIS).
